Welcome, I’m Marnie!
I’m a physiotherapist of 20+ years, with a passion for helping people to learn how to recover from injuries, aches and pains; manage long-term pain and postural problems, and to return to the activities that are important to them.
I’m also a yoga teacher, who loves teaching group and 1:1 classes and sharing the benefits of yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and relaxation with people. I believe that most of us need a little encouragement and support to learn how to slow down and take time for ourselves - to help find some balance.
And, that once we do, the physical, emotional and psychological health benefits we experience are endless.
